Correct. recall, remember, set_goal, checkpoint and the rest are unlimited on every plan. The memory layer is the whole reason the gateway exists, so we do not meter it. In practice it lowers your credit use, because the agent stops repeating calls it already made.
On Free, routed calls pause until the next month or until you upgrade. Memory keeps working. On Pro and Scale you can switch on pay as you go and keep running, billed per thousand extra calls, or simply move up a plan.
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Annual plans bill the year up front, but credits are still metered month by month.
In the EU by default. Hosting, storage and processing run in the EU, credentials sit encrypted in a per-secret vault, and GDPR export and delete are available on every plan.
