The foundation is live.

The MCP server (mcp.tulimoa.com), the hand-curated directory, and the Gateway with its memory layer are up and running. One endpoint federates your MCP servers, and remember, recall, checkpoint and set_goal keep context across sessions and survive compaction. The self-serve dashboard is up too: connect by OAuth in one sign-in, manage tools, watch usage, with paid plans live over a European provider on top of a generous free tier. This is the beta you can use today.
