2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website tulimoa.com as well as all subdomains and language versions (collectively the «Service»). By registering an account or submitting a listing, you accept these Terms. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of consumers remain unaffected.

3. Subject of the contract

Tulimoa is a curated directory of SaaS products, in particular for tools that can connect to AI agents. We provide vendors with a platform to list their product with a description, tags, logo, pricing model, and a do-follow backlink. We offer a free tier (Free) and, once activated, paid tiers (Basic, Pro) with additional visibility and storytelling features.

Phase 1 note: Currently only the Free tier is active. Basic and Pro will be activated in the coming weeks once the tax prerequisites for paid sales are in place.

Tulimoa is not a reseller of the listed SaaS products and not an intermediary between vendor and end customer. Contracts regarding the listed products are formed exclusively between the respective vendor and their customers.

4. Account and sign-in

Users must be at least 16 years old. Only one account per natural person is permitted. You are obligated to keep your login credentials secure and to inform us without delay if you have any indication that your account is being misused.

Sign-in is possible in two ways:

  • Magic link / 6-digit code by email: passwordless, sent via our email service provider Resend.
  • «Sign in with Google»: authentication via Google Ireland Limited (for users within the EEA) or Google LLC (USA). The data described in the Privacy Policy (name, email address, profile picture URL, unique account ID) is transmitted. Details in our Privacy Policy, section 4.

Multiple accounts, automatically created accounts (bots), scraping our database without written consent, and sharing your access credentials with third parties are prohibited and result in immediate suspension.

5. Submitting listings

You may only submit SaaS products you own or are authorised to represent. By submitting, you confirm that the content you provide (text, logo, hero and gallery images, tags, pricing information, demo and documentation links) does not infringe any third-party rights, in particular no trademark, copyright, personality or competition rights, and is compatible with applicable law.

We reserve the right to review listings before and after publication, to make formal adjustments (e.g. typo fixes, tag corrections, image formats), and to edit, reject or remove listings without prior notice if they violate these Terms or applicable law.

5.1 Prohibited content and behaviour

The following content and behaviour will result in removal of listings and, where applicable, suspension of the account:

  • Not a real SaaS product: e.g. affiliate sites, lead-generation landing pages, domain parking, MLM schemes, crypto pumps, gambling, adult content, consulting or agency offerings without an own software product.
  • Spam and manipulation: repeated re-submissions, duplicates, keyword stuffing in description or tags, intentionally wrong categorisation, fake reviews or self-reviews.
  • Rights-infringing content: trademark, copyright or personality-rights infringement, misleading statements, comparative advertising against competitors.
  • Illegal, criminally relevant or offensive content: hate speech, discrimination, calls for violence, extremist content, content harmful to minors.
  • Security and fraud risks: phishing, malware distribution, distribution of malicious software, identity theft, fraud or pyramid schemes.
  • Platform abuse: automated scraping, reverse-engineering, attempts to circumvent our security or tier restrictions, load tests without permission.

5.2 Content licence to Tulimoa

By submitting, you grant Tulimoa a simple, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable right to make your listing content (in particular text, logos, images, tags) publicly available for the purpose of operating the directory, to reproduce it in our newsletter, in blog posts about Tulimoa, on Tulimoa social-media profiles, and in product-related marketing materials (e.g. «new on Tulimoa»). This licence ends at the latest three months after deletion of your listing; until then, newsletters already sent and blog posts already published may continue to contain the content.

5.3 Backlink obligation for the Free tier

Free listings are free of charge. In return, you commit to embedding the Tulimoa badge we provide (light or dark, your choice) visibly on the listed website for the entire duration of the listing.

The embedding is verified once at submission and is then automatically re-verified weekly. If the badge can no longer be detected, we will notify you by email and grant a grace period of 14 days to re-embed the badge. If the badge is still missing after that, we will pause your listing automatically and it will no longer be publicly visible on Tulimoa. As soon as the badge is detected again on the next check, the listing is automatically re-activated.

The duration of an uninterrupted badge embedding may have a positive impact on the sorting position of your listing in the Discover directory (within your tier). Removing and later re-embedding the badge resets this streak. The backlink obligation lapses automatically as soon as you switch to a Basic or Pro tier.

5.4 Tulimoa trademark rights

The name «Tulimoa», the Tulimoa logo and the Tulimoa badge are trademarks or protected designations of Tulimoa. Vendors may use the Tulimoa badge in the variants we provide exclusively on the website they have listed. Any other use of the logo or trademark, in particular use in own advertising materials, third-party websites, linking comparisons or the suggestion of a partnership, requires our prior written consent.

6. Pricing and subscriptions

Free listings are free of charge. Paid tiers (Basic, Pro) will, once activated, be billed as a subscription monthly, quarterly or annually via Stripe. Prices are displayed including applicable VAT; the correct per-country tax calculation is performed automatically by Stripe Tax.

You can cancel a subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refund is granted. When switching between tiers (up- or downgrade), the difference is prorated by Stripe.

Phase 1 note: As long as Basic and Pro are not activated, no paid contracts are concluded through Tulimoa.

7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid digital services. By expressly starting a paid subscription you may waive this right of withdrawal; the corresponding notice and waiver will be displayed to you in the Stripe checkout once the paid tiers are active.

8. Liability

We provide the Service «as available» without warranties of any kind, to the extent legally permitted. We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health, and under the mandatory provisions of the German Product Liability Act. For breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties) we are also liable for slight negligence, but limited to typical, foreseeable damages. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

Tulimoa does not recommend, certify or guarantee the products listed in the directory. Vendors are solely responsible for their products, the correctness of their information, their statements, pricing models and customer relationships. Tulimoa accepts no warranty for the availability, functionality, security or legal conformity of third-party offers reachable through the directory.

9. Suspension and account termination

We are entitled to suspend or close your account and all listings associated with it under the conditions set out below. Suspension is generally carried out in two escalation stages, depending on the severity of the violation:

  1. Temporary suspension: for one-off or less severe violations we suspend the account and/or individual listings temporarily. You will receive a notification in text form (typically by email) stating the specific violation. The suspension is lifted once the violation has been demonstrably remedied.
  2. Permanent closure: for severe, repeated or criminally relevant violations we permanently close the account and delete all listings. In these cases there is no claim to reinstatement.

Grounds for suspension or closure include, in particular, the prohibited content and behaviour set out in section 5.1, any breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, abusive use of the platform, and circumvention of technical restrictions.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Upon deletion, all your listings and personal data will be removed, subject to statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax-law obligations to retain invoices). If a subscription is active, it will be ended at the end of the current billing period.

Either party may ordinarily terminate the user agreement at any time without cause with 14 days notice to the end of a calendar month. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, new legal requirements, or changes to our sub-processors. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in-app notice. If you do not object to the changes within this period, they are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, both parties are entitled to terminate the user agreement as of the date the changes take effect.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected. For merchants, legal entities under public law and special public-law funds, the place of jurisdiction is Göttingen.

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. You can find the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The invalid provision is replaced by the statutory rule.

Language versions

These Terms exist in English and German. Both versions carry the same contractual content. In the event of discrepancies between the two versions, the version in the language in which the contract was entered into prevails for the respective user; for users contracting under German law, the German version prevails.
